New Leaf currently operates 13 residential homes located in rural sections of our community. Each home is staffed on a 24 hour 7 days a week basis. Typically, people considering group living require some level of support at all times.
Supports are designed to promote people’s participation and inclusion in the community, personal goals, skills, and relationships. Support outcomes are aligned with each person’s individual support plan. New Leaf believes in person centered planning and will make every attempt to accommodate the wants and wishes of the people we support. Residents enjoy opportunities in their community through a variety of activities and partnerships.
New Leaf has worked very hard to be a leader in the Developmental Services sector coming up with innovative programming, clinically based supports, and collaborations with other agencies to try and provide the highest quality of life possible for the people in our care.
