This forms allows you to make a single donation either online using PayPal, or offline by mailing in a cheque.

If you choose, you may donate in memory of, or in honour of someone special. Your donation can be a meaningful gesture in memory of a friend or loved one. Your gift can also honour a loved one’s achievement, a milestone in their life or for your own personal reason. Please fill in the details below and we will ensure that the person is honoured in the way you wish.

A receipt for tax purposes will be mailed to you at the address provided. Your donation will go a long way in helping New Leaf support people with developmental disabilities and will help us to continue working towards furthering our objectives.
